Covid-19 Preparation

MUTJ Law - Re-opening May 26, 2020

The lawyers and staff at McMillen Urick Tocci & Jones hope that all of our clients and friends, and their families and loved ones, are safe and healthy during this unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. We recognize that families and businesses are all suffering the consequences in so many ways. If we all stay true to ourselves, follow the advice of the medical experts and remain strong we will be able to weather the terrible crisis. In small ways MUTJ has tried to lend a hand to workers employed by our municipal and other clients by having meals delivered to them. Their sacrifices in working for the public often under dangerous circumstances is the least we can do. Supporting our local restaurants and their employees is a small token of our gratitude. Although we are not seeing clients personally, we remain available to address existing and new cases by phone, email and text messaging. Our workers comp team participated in a COVID-19 phone conference dealing with workers compensation rights available to those workers who come down with the virus. We are available to discuss such claims if the need arises. We have also remained true to our professional organization and are proud to announce that one of our partners, Michael Jones was appointed by PBA President, Anne N. John, to Chair the Pennsylvania Bar Association COVID-19 Task Force. Its mission is to give guidance on the COVID-19 crisis to the over 25,000 lawyer members of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Stay safe. Stay healthy. Stay strong.

To Our Valued Clients,

The health and safety of our team and our clients is our Number 1 priority at this time. McMillen Urick Tocci Jones is monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and we are following the CDC recommendations to mitigate the spread and exposure of the virus.

Starting today and until further notice, our office will be closed to the public. We will be conducting business by telephone and email only as we are committed to keeping you, your family and our team safe during this time.

We will continue to update our plans as more information becomes available.

If you have any additional questions, please call us at (724) 375-6683 or email us at klosco@mutjlaw.com.
