WE WOULD LIKE TO CONGRATULATE KATHERINE NESBELLA THE WINNER OF THE 2026 MCMILLEN, URICK, TOCCI & JONES SCHOLARSHIP

Katherine “Kate” Nesbella accepting her scholarship award Katherine “Kate” Nesbella is the winner of the 2026 McMillen, Urick, Tocci & Jones scholarship. Kate is a recent graduate of Beaver Area High School who is dedicated to academics, leadership, and community service. She serves as Treasurer of the Fort McIntosh Chapter of the National Honor Society and is a member of the varsity tennis team. Kate is the co-founder of the Bobcat Sports Network, a student-led broadcasting program that streams girls’ varsity basketball games and charity games for the CJ2K league. She is actively involved in volunteer work through tutoring, NHS service projects, and local community organizations, while also balancing part-time employment at Witch Flavor. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, playing pickleball, and going on long walks. In the fall, she will attend Gannon University to pursue its Accelerated Physician Assistant Program.
