Attorney Jones’ twenty-five (25) years of trial experience encompass a variety of civil litigation including wrongful death, serious personal injury, motor vehicles, bar fights, defective products, injuries to children, intoxication, assault, negligent security, professional negligence, insurance coverage disputes, municipal claims, employment disputes, contracts, and commercial and corporate litigation.

Attorney Jones is currently serving the second year of his term as President of the Beaver County Bar Association. As a leader in the community, he has presented as a key note speaker at Law Day and serves as Solicitor for Potter Township, Hopewell Township and Greene Township. He also served as Assistant Beaver County Solicitor early in his career and Solicitor to the Beaver County Coroner from 2001-2015.

Attorney Jones is member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum having resolved cases with million-dollar verdicts or settlements; He is the immediate past Zone Ten Governor to the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) where he has been a Delegate for over 20 years. He also serves as Vice-Chair of the PBA By-Laws Committee and is an active member of the Shale Law Committee. As Board member and Chair of the Development Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the PBA, he focuses on setting forth initiatives for future growth of the Foundation. The Foundation provides loan repayment assistance to law students, grants to Bar Associations and materials for law-related education activities such as Law Day.

As a local leader in Oil and Gas Law, Attorney Jones has represented numerous landowners and municipalities in oil and gas related transactions. He attended the Special Institute on Petrochemicals and Shale Plays hosted by the national nonprofit Energy & Mineral Law Foundation. This event included programs on the Shell Chemicals Appalachia Cracker Project in Potter Township, petrochemical development in Appalachia including economic impacts of petrochemical and plastics manufacturing, natural gas liquids storage, hydrocarbon liquids storage and subsurface reservoirs, natural gas pipeline infrastructure, environmental permitting, the Toxic Substances Control Act and workforce development. Attorney Jones has been the attorney for Potter Township since 2000 and helped guide the Township through the Shell Cracker Plant development project.
