Attorney McMillen is admitted to practice before the Beaver County Court of Common Pleas, the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, The United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Tax Court. Attorney McMillen is the Solicitor for the Beaver County Regional Council of Governments. Attorney McMillen has negotiated Oil & Gas Leases and Pipeline Agreements resulting in six figure signing bonuses for clients. After earning a Law Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Attorney McMillen earned a Masters of Law Degree in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.
